Grovetown, GA – Entered into rest Thursday, June 21, 2018, Dorothy M. “Dot” Dillman, 78, wife of Ralph Hench Dillman, Jr.

Dorothy was a loving and devoted wife to her husband for 57 years. She showed the same loving kindness and care for many underprivileged children from the neighborhood and was a grandmother to many. Dorothy was also a native of Augusta and graduate of Tubman High School.

Family members, in addition to her husband, include son: Ralph Dillman III (Kathy); grandchildren: Shannon Dillman and Ralph Dillman IV; great-grandchildren: Courtney Turner, Dustin Simms, and Joshua Simms and brother: Bucky Mathis. She was preceded in death by sisters: Carolyn Williams and Barbara Cramer and brother: Joe Mathis.

A funeral service will be Monday, June 25, 2018 at 11 A.M. at the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Dr. Don Prosser officiating. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
