Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Monday, January 22, 2018, Mrs. Peggy Riner DeRosa, 78, loving wife of 26 years to the late Raymond DeRosa.
Mrs. DeRosa was a native of Stillmore, GA but has lived in Augusta for the last 45 years. She was a preschool teacher with Bradley Schools (Wheeler Pines). She was a loving, mother, grandmother, and will be missed by all who knew her.
Family members include her son: Brian DeRosa; daughter: Lisa Mitchell; granddaughter: Kiley O’Tyson; and sisters: Diane Shelor (Alan) and Sandra Adkins (Kenny).
A funeral service will be Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 2:00 P.M.in the chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son with Chaplain Shauna Heule-Seifert officiating. Burial will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 106 SRP Dr., Suite A, Evans, GA 30809.
