Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Saturday, October 28, 2017, Zachariah Walter “Wally” Gramling, Jr., 71, husband of Lou F. Gramling.
Mr. Gramling was a 1964 graduate of Carlisle Military Academy and attended Augusta College. He retired as a medical practice administrator. He was also a forest farmer and was very proud of Libby Lane Farm.
Family members, in addition to his wife, include his daughter: Stacey Abney; grandchildren: Trey and Anna Flaherty, and Cy Foster: great grandson: Riley Walter Flaherty; sister: Jeanne Gramling; and mother-in-law: Louise Futrell. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Zach Gramling and Elizabeth Vallentine Gramling.
A service will be held in the mausoleum at Westover Memorial Park on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Gaye Ortiz officiating.
