Martinez, GA – Entered into rest Wednesday, December 26, 2018, Mrs. Barbara R. Lott, 89, loving wife of the late Lester Eugene Lott, Sr.

Mrs. Lott was a native and lifelong resident of Augusta. She was a graduate of Tubman High School. She was a lifelong member of Warren Baptist Church.

Family members include her son: Lester Eugene Lott, Jr. (Yvonne); grandchildren: Lindsey L. Oertel (Gerrit), Lester Eugene Lott, III (Lara); great grandchildren: Rebekah Lott, Jacob Lott, Mallory Oertel, Luke Oertel, Charlie and Zachary. She was preceded in death by her son: Bradley Steven Lott; and grandson: Steven Lott.

The family would like to thank Dr. Mark Cain, Dr. Shireen Moore and Dr. H. Doug Hubert for the medical care they gave to extend Barbara’s life for so long. The family would also like to thank Wendy Rhodes Pope and her husband Michael for all their love and care.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
