Bonnie Goldston Carr
Augusta, Ga- Bonnie Goldston Carr died Sunday, January 9, 2022, at her home after a lengthy illness. A memorial service for Bonnie will be held at First Presbyterian Church Spartanburg on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
Born November 12, 1940, in Rocky Mount, NC, she was the daughter of the late Rev. C. Wade Goldston and Ruth Melton Goldston. A longtime resident of Spartanburg, she was the wife of Richard (Dick) W. Carr, Jr.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Dick, her children Margaret Hall (George, deceased), Ann Bryan Josey (Jordan), Richard W. Carr III (Shay), eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Her brother, Joe Goldston (Linda, deceased) also survives
