Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Thursday, June 3, 2021, Mr. Charles Louis Thomas, 79, loving husband of 53 years to Patsey Thomas.

Charles was a native of Harriman, TN but has lived in Augusta for the last 41 years where he was a member of Warren Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the United States Army with the Military Police proudly serving over 20 years. Following the Army, he worked in insurance and car sales.

Family members, in addition to his wife, include his children: Debbie Thomas, Robert Thomas, and Charles H. Thomas (Shannon); 13 grandchildren: 6 great grandchildren; and sister: Vicki Heidel. He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Wanda Thomas, and sister, Bobbie Mee.

A memorial service will be held Saturday June 19, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Warren Baptist Church Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Warren Baptist Church, 3203 Washington Rd, Augusta, GA 30907.
