Dollie Brassell

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Sunday, February 27, 2022, Dollie F. Brassell, 86, loving wife of the late Johnnie W. Brassell, Jr.

Dollie was born in Merced, California. She was a devoted U.S. Air Force spouse for over 20 years. After her husband passed Dollie stayed busy by working at Pontiac Baptist Church office and at God Store House in Pontiac, SC. In 2005 Dollie moved to Augusta to live next door to her sister. Dollie became a faithful member of Abilene Baptist Church and loved her Senior Sunday School class. Dollie will be missed by all who knew her and remembered for her kindness.

Family members include her children: Cindy Martini (Louis) and Johnnie Brassell (Debbie); granddaughters: Nichole Martini Agostinho (John) and Kelly Martini Enzor (Jarod); her sister and best friend: Audrey Jenkins (the late Fred Jenkins); and nephew: Frank Jenkins (Cindi).

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. at Abilene Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. William F. Harrell officiating.
