Evans, GA – Frederick Bruce Goodell (89) died Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at his residence after a long illness.

Fred was born in 1932, in Lorain, Ohio where he was raised. He retired as Chief Engineer (Unlimited Power Steam and Diesel), Ashland, Inc. in Boonton, NJ. His career took him to many locations around the country. He moved to Evans, GA in 2015 where he remained until his death.

Family members include his wife, Mary K. Goodell and brother, Dan Goodell (Judy). He was preceded in death by his parents, Wesley and Vera Goodell and brothers, Ronald Goodell and Dave Goodell.

Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Lorain, Ohio at a later date.
