Larry Taylor

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Wednesday, October 13, Mr. Larry Douglas Taylor, 63, son of the late George and Kathleen Taylor.

Other family members include his brothers: Bill Taylor (Margie), Wayne Taylor (Bonnie), Gene Taylor (Carmen) and Michael Taylor; sister: Linda Diane Overton (Lennie); stepson: Stuart Murphy (Julie); grandchildren: Scarlet and Killian Murphy and numerous nieces and nephews.

Larry was a native and lifelong resident of Augusta. He was currently working as a maintenance technician at the Augusta Richmond County Museum. He also worked in maintenance at Regency Mall throughout its existence. Larry was a member of Bakerwoods Baptist/Second Baptist Church of Augusta. He was an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Braves.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 17 at 2:00 P.M. at Westview Cemetery with Rev. Terry Doss officiating.
