Ms Martha Jean Robinson

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Monday, June 10, 2019, Martha Jean Robinson, 80, beloved wife of the late Johnny Robinson.

Martha was an incredibly devoted grandmother and great grandmother known affectionately as “Nanny”. She was an active member at Sanctuary Church. After a brief stint as a realtor, Martha retired from Montgomery Ward. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Martha is survived by her six daughters: Vickie Walker (Sonny), Teresa King (Don), Brenda Edwards (Mike), Jackie Cook (Kevin), Tina Fulcher (Bobby Woodruff), Michelle Busbee (Jim Bob); grandchildren: Ashley Walker, Stephen Walker (Alyssa), Donald King, Jr., Christopher King, Lauren Person, Kendal Edmunds; great grandchildren: Madison Person, Brantley Walker, Brooks Walker; sister: Janis Leftwich. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents: Frank and Ouida Storey; sisters: Diane Rogers and Cindy Storey; and her beloved dog: Annie.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors with Rev. Ricky Coule officiating.
