Evans, GA – Entered into rest on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, Mrs. Michele Hurd, 59, loving wife of Mr. Bernie Baker.
Michele was born in Wyoming Valley, PA. She was a registered nurse, was hard working, selfless and was dedicated to helping others. Michele loved children and you would often find her babysitting. She also loved dogs, everything pumpkin spice, especially loved fall watching all the leaves change colors, and enjoyed visiting Miami Beach.
She never gave up on anyone and knew what to say to put them at ease. Her dream was to move to Highlands, NC. Michele will be remembered as a caring and loving and passionate mother and wife.
Family members, in addition to Bernie, include her sons: Dylan, Tyler, Justin, and Michael.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son.
Memorial contributions may be made to a hospice of your choice
