Monteen Hasty Toole

Conyers, GA – Entered into rest on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 Monteen Hasty “Montie” Toole, 90, wife of Wallace S. Toole, Jr.

Montie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved sewing, crocheting and was an expert quilter. Montie was also an excellent cook and enjoyed being surrounded by her family. She dearly loved all animals.

Family members in addition to her husband include daughters: Bobbie Boyd (Jeff), Deborah Thompson (Paul); son: Chip Toole (Jim Davis); grandchildren: Alex and Phillip Boyd, Ken Felten, Jason Thompson; great-grandchildren: Gracie Felten and Austen Thompson; sister: Bobbie Hasty Olivero. She is preceded in death by her parents: Wesley and Bertha Hasty; daughter: Sylvia Toole; sister: Edna Hasty Williams; brother: Kermit Hasty.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. at the chapel of Thomas Poteet and Son. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
