Ricky Morris III

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Monday, February 1, 2021, Richard Kennett “Ricky” Morris III, 42.

Ricky was a devoted man to his family and friends and a loving father to his twin boys. He was known for being a gentle giant with a tender heart. Ricky enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf, and was a loyal Georgia Bulldog football fan.

Family members include his sons: Dawson Richard Morris and Reese Kennett Morris; mother: Helena Dixon; sister: Aubrey Morris (Robert); nephew: Joshua Morris; niece: Madison Morris and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Ricky is proceeded in death by his father: Richard K. Morris, Jr.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at the Chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Pastor Kevin Jones officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
