Sam loved his family and is the son of Irby and Rebecka McCollough; he also loved his daughter: Nevayah Schneider; fiancé: Ayah Schneider- McCollough; brothers: Cleveland Eli McCollough (Martha) and the late Gregory McCollough; sisters: Victoria Shaffer (Travis), Kelly Bradley (Billy); nieces and nephews: Hayden, Mason and Jasper McCollough, Jacobi and Kaylee Shaffer, and MacKenzie McFarlane; uncle: Daniel James McCollough; aunt: Caroline Dulin (Edward); cousins: Robyn Finnell, April Bunn, David Paul Dulin.

Samuel is the son of a military family and was born in Yokosuka, Japan. He traveled throughout the world living his life to the fullest. He loved hunting, fishing, spaghetti, playing Call of Duty and hanging out with friends. He was an employee of Circle K for a number of years, a job he loved since he was a people person.

A celebration of life service for Samuel will be held Saturday, July 10, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Mistletoe State Park, Picnic Area # 4.
