Evans, GA – Entered into rest Sunday, May 13, 2018, Mrs. Sharon Irene Redding, 53, loving wife of Kirk A. Redding.

Mrs. Redding was born in Waynesboro, PA and was raised in Augusta, GA. She was a graduate of Butler High School and a member of Church of the Holy Comforter. Mrs. Redding worked as a Wealth Manager at SunTrust Bank. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, daughter and sister.

Family members, in addition to her husband include sons: Gregory Rhodes (Chanel), Andrew Rhodes, Jonathan Redding; granddaughter: Caitlin; father: Hollis Smith; brothers: Ray Smith (Susan), Gary Smith (Alison); mother-in-law: Ruth Redding; brother-in-law: Ross Redding and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by her mother: Irene Smith.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Church of the Holy Comforter with Rev. Dr. Cynthia Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2607 Commons Blvd., Augusta, GA 30909 or to the Church of the Holy comforter, 473 Furys Ferry Rd., Martinez, GA 30907.
