Billie Floydine Drake

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Monday, March 16, 2026, Mrs. Billie Floydine Drake, 83, loving wife of the late Joseph “Joe” Leroy Drake.

Mrs. Drake was a lifelong native of Augusta, GA. She was an elegant woman who wore bright colors to match her personality. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who was affectionately known as “Nana Billie”.

Family members include her daughter-in-law: Sharon Drake; grandchild: Jeffrey Ryan Drake (Amy); and great grandchildren: Addison, Anna, Chevy, and Krissa. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her sons, Floyd Mitchell “Mitch” Drake and Joel “Keith” Drake.

A graveside service will be held Monday, March 23, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
