Brittany A. Kennedy Murphy

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Monday, July 1, 2024, Brittany Alyse Kennedy Murphy, 37, loving wife of Patrick Murphy and mother to Rayna Kennedy.

Brittany was born in Augusta, Georgia, and lived most of her life in North Augusta, South Carolina. Brittany was a loving and devoted wife, mother and daughter, and the self-proclaimed, “Queen of all that was pink, and sparkles!”

In addition to her daughter and husband, Brittany is survived by her mother: Debra Kennedy; siblings: Brandy Peters, Josh Kennedy and Robert Kennedy and many cousins, nieces and nephews. 

Though her last breath came too soon, she now rests, safe and at peace in the angelic arms of her beloved father James Kennedy, who preceded her in death.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, July 11, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. at The Sanctuary with Rev. Bryan Cockrell and Tony Liggins officiating. The burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
