Catherine Boyd Howard

Catherine Boyd Howard, born February 10, 1964, left this world to enjoy everlasting life with her God and Savior on Sunday, April 26, 2026.

Catherine graduated from Towson University in Maryland and worked at Johns Hopkins before starting a family. She was an active member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church where she was involved in the choir and bible study. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and friend.

Catherine is survived by her sons: Jack Crawford and Benjamin Howard and is preceded in death by her husband of almost 25 years, Philip Laws Howard, parents, Thomas and Carolyn Boyd, and brother, Paul Boyd.

A memorial Mass will be held Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church with Fr. Tim McKeown celebrant. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, 4921 Columbia Rd, Grovetown, GA 30813.
