Augusta, GA – The Lord took Clifford Henning home on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, at the age of 74, loving husband of Judith Henning.
Clifford John Henning was born in New York on August 1, 1950. He studied at S.U.N.Y. and majored in English Literature. He met his wife in 1977 while attending a CSF Bible study. They settled in South Carolina in 1991 where Cliff began his career as an appliance specialist for Lowes.
Cliff was known for his sense of humor, outgoing personality, passion for writing, and love for the Lord and his family. When he retired, he would return to Lowes and visit with the employees who were always happy to see him. It goes to show what a positive impact he had on the people he met throughout his life. His hobbies included drawing, writing, and carpentry, with writing becoming his main focus in the later years of his life. He published 100 books throughout his life.
He is survived by his wife, Judy, and his children, Elizabeth and Brittany.
