Constantino "Toto" Garces

Mr. Constantino “Toto” Garces, 84, formerly of Tifton, GA and the beloved husband of Eva Valdez Garces, entered into rest on June 15, 2026.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Thomas Poteet & Son with Pastora Merary Ruperto officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until service time.

Mr. Garces was a hard-working, self-made man that owned and operated his own trucking company. He was also a loving family man that cherished spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mr. Garces will be remembered as an open and honest man that never met a stranger and was also known as quite the jokester.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Garces is survived by his children, Jesus Roberto Garces (Randi), Victor Garces (Rebecca), Adela Eugenio (Lucas), Hector Garces (Tammy) and Mario Garces (Kristina); his fourteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and by his three brothers and four sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister.
