Evans, GA – Entered into rest Sunday, January 7, 2018, Mr. Donald LeRoy Henshaw, 81, loving husband of 60 years to Patricia S. Henshaw.
Mr. Henshaw was born in Erie, PA and was a longtime resident of Evans. He was a Retail Manager and worked for S.S. Kresge, Kmart, and Eckerds. Mr. Henshaw also owned a Christmas Tree Farm in Newnan, GA. He enjoyed woodworking, especially making pens and was a member of Appling Woodworkers.
Family members, in addition to his wife, include his sons: Mark Henshaw and Michael Henshaw (Tina); three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; 2 step-great grandchildren; sister: Janet Walker and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers: Richard Henshaw and William Henshaw; and a sister: Betty Semrau.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
