Dorothy "Dot" Brennan

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Sunday, October 2, 2022, Mrs. Dorothy “Dot” Graham Brennan, 95, loving wife of 60 years to the late Thomas A. Brennan.

Dot was born in the Bronx N. Y. Moved to Augusta with her family in 1977. She was a member of the Council of Catholic Women, the Prayer Shawl, and the Rosary Making Ministry at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. She loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren fiercely. She loved a game of Uno cards with her family and will always be our champ.

Family members include her children: Patricia McNeely (John), Sr., Eileen Brennan CSJ, Thomas Brennan, Jr., Rosemary B. Costello (Greg), and Maureen B. Morris (Doug); grandchildren: Al McNeely, Karen Nantz, Thomas Engelke, Dorothy Brandon, Jennifer Stanisic, Kaitlyn McKemy (Mike), Chyna Rose Borman (Eric), Mary Catherine Briggs (Ryan), Colleen Powell (Ryan), Kelly Costello, Emily Morris, and Melanie Morris; and great grandchildren: Thomas Wayne Engelke, Ayden Engelke, Allison Brandon, Connor Brandon, Ashley Stanisic, and Madeline Stanisic; In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her son, Daniel J. Brennan, and parents, Hugh and Catherine Graham.

The funeral Mass will be held Friday, October 7, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church with Fr. Theodore Agba celebrant. Interment will follow in Bellevue Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
