Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Monday, April 6, 2026, Eduardo “Eddie” David Fernando, 78.

Eddie was very kind and helpful and always cared for others. He worked as an accountant while living in the Philippines. Eddie also worked for the U.S. Postal Service. He enjoyed gardening, playing tennis, swimming, cooking and visiting casinos. He enjoyed his siblings and grandchildren most of all. He is such a kind person, loved by so many.

Family members include his siblings: Marita Cruz (Perival), Danilo Fernando (Ester) Mary Ann de Guzman, Mary Lou Fernando (Noli Camba), Leticia Smalley (Phil), Josephine Mercado, Oscar Fernando, Divina Naval (Maricio Naval), and Fernando Sampang; 10 nieces; 10 nephews; and 18 grandchildren.
