It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Kimberly Sue Isiminger, who died on April 21, 2025, at the age of 66, in Augusta, Georgia.
Kim was born on August 2, 1958 in Warren, Pennsylvania, to her parents, Gary and Carol Huckabone. Kim later earned a Master’s Degree from The University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina. Kim served as the Media Specialist for Lakeside Middle School in Martinez, Georgia, retiring in 2018.

She participated with Women of the North American Lutheran Church (WNALC), and served on the WNALC Council as well.
Kim was known for the joy she found in creating things, from websites and graphic design in her career, to knitting, sewing, and jewelry in her spare time. She marveled at nature and loved to travel.
Kim was a loving wife to her husband, David Isiminger, a devoted mother to their children, Ben Isiminger and Ashley (Christopher) Creely, and a doting grandmother to her six grandchildren, Aidan, Bonnie, Mary-Lois, Evie, David, and Lucie Creely.
