Linda Ling

Linda Ling, age 78, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. She was born on March 8, 1948, in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Linda was a woman of many talents and passions. She was a retired florist and an exceptional educator, seamstress, artist, and gardener. Linda was an avid lover of animals and rescued countless abandoned animals over the years, including several squirrels. Linda was a woman of strong faith who loved the Lord and found comfort and strength in her relationship with Jesus Christ.

Linda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Carol and Mo Gordy; her two grandchildren, Grayson and Olivia Gordy; her sons, Michael Ling and Brian Ling; her sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Larry Teboe; as well as many nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Blanche Grant, and her husband, Robert Ling.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Georgia Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, 2617 Vinson Highway, Milledgeville, Georgia 31061.
