A talented HVAC technician, Ricky retired from Augusta State University.
Family members include his brother: Wayne Joiner (Deborah); nephews: Brian Joiner, Allen Joiner, Jr. (Jean), and Brad Joiner (Sonya); and niece: Lindsay Bui (Michael).
