Tina Renee Lankford

Born in Waynesboro and grew up in Hephzibah, Mrs. Tina Renee Lankford (55) entered into rest on Sunday Dec. 21st.

Renee was a loving wife to Gray Lankford and a devoted mother to her daughters Cory and Chloe.

Renee was a unique, genuine, brave, and a very selfless woman with a fierce spirit to be reckoned with. She was married to her best friend of 32 years, Gray.

Renee worked at the Medical College of Georgia Copy Center for 20 years where she was a valued employee. She was incredibly talented in crafts and had a special love for scrapbooking, especially using pictures of her family. She put a high importance on preserving memories of the ones she loved.

"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." PSALM 139:14

"She is clothed with strength and dignity and she laughs without fear of the future. When she speaks, her words are wise and she gives instructions with kindness." PROVERBS 31:25-26.

Family members, in addition to her husband include her daughters: Cory Shayne Rosser (Austin) and Chloe Ouida Lankford (fiancé Corey Bruce); grandson: Jackson "Jack-Jack" Rosser; mother: Fay Blizzard Axon; nephew: James Taylor Berry; sister: Andrea Langham; aunt: Phebe Blizzard; and many other loving family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father: Robert Howard “Sonny” Newsome.

The memorial service will be held Saturday, December 27, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Pastor David Blizzard officiating.
