Waverly Sourdiff

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Thursday, June 12, 2025, Waverly Nicole Sourdiff, 4 months old, beloved daughter of Trever and Hannah Sourdiff.

Though her time with us was brief, her impact was immeasurable.

Born on February 17, 2025, Waverly was a light from the very beginning. With a smile that could melt any heart and a giggle that filled the room with joy, she brought boundless happiness to all who had the blessing of knowing her. She was a happy baby girl—bright, blue-eyed, full of wonder, and eager to experience the world around her.

Waverly had the sweetest baby scent, like love itself. She worked so hard every day to sit up and roll over on her own, determined and strong even in her tiniest moments.

One of her greatest joys was rocking in her favorite chair with her Mama or Daddy. She was content in the simplest pleasures, but her favorite place of all was near her big brother Wyatt. Wyatt loved his “Wavey” so much and our girl just started giggling at her silly big brother.

Though her journey on earth was short, the love she gave and inspired will last forever.

She leaves behind her devoted Mama and Daddy, her beloved big brother Wyatt, and a family who cherished every second of her beautiful life that include her maternal grandparents: Gena “Lulu” Taylor and Wesley “Pop Pop” Taylor; paternal grandmother: Marsha “Nini” Sourdiff; paternal grandfather: Kullen Sourdiff (Meaghan); paternal great grandmother: Donna Orr; Uncle Hunter Taylor; Aunt Jenna Thompson (Zach); and several other aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.

We will carry her smile, her scent, her laugh, and her joyful spirit with us always.
